Each month, Dappr issues an official statement for your Dappr Financial Account. This document serves as a formal record of all your account activity for the previous month and is essential for bookkeeping, reconciliation, and record-keeping purposes.

This guide explains when you can expect your statements and other important information regarding how they are generated and shared.

Accessing your statements

You can view and download your monthly statements at any time from your Dappr dashboard.

  1. From the main menu, navigate to Financial Account.

  2. Select Statements from the top menu.

Statement issuance and content

Your statement for the previous month will typically be available within the first 10 days of the current month. For example, your July statement will be ready by August 10th.

The statement will include a list of all posted transactions that occurred during that month. Please note that pending transactions will not appear until they have fully settled. While we strive for complete accuracy, we encourage you to review your statement each month and report any discrepancies or issues you may find to our support team.

Sharing statements with 3rd parties

Your Dappr Financial Account statements are made available to external financial applications and services through our Plaid integration. If you have authorized a third-party service (such as another financial tool or a lender) to access your account information via Plaid, your monthly statements will be shared with them automatically. Dappr will not notify you each time a statement is shared with a previously authorized service.

Statements after account closure

If you close your Dappr Financial Account, a final statement will be issued within the end of the month following the closure.

Occasionally, activity can occur on an account even after it has been closed. For example, a refund for a card transaction you made may be processed after your account is closed. In such cases, a new statement will not be generated automatically. However, you can contact Dappr support to request a written confirmation of any post-closure transactions for your accounting records.
