Businesses that process a high volume of payments while maintaining low dispute rates often look for ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Dappr is developing the Dappr Sales Benefits Program to automatically reward these high-performing accounts with tangible perks.

This upcoming program is an extension of Dappr's integrated payment processing services. It is designed to recognize and reward businesses that demonstrate strong, consistent sales and excellent customer standing through their Dappr account.

How the program will work

The Dappr Sales Benefits Program will be a tiered system. Dappr will automatically evaluate business accounts based on two key factors:

  1. Payment Processing Volume: The total amount of payments processed through the Dappr platform.

  2. Dispute Rate: The frequency of chargebacks or disputes initiated by customers.

Accounts with high sales volume and low dispute rates will qualify for higher program levels, which will unlock more significant benefits.

While the specific details for each level are being finalized, the program is being designed to help businesses scale more efficiently. Planned perks for qualifying accounts include:

  • Lower payment processing fees

  • Reduced fees for instant payouts

  • Higher limits on instant payouts

Program status and availability

The Dappr Sales Benefits Program is not yet launched. Dappr will announce the official launch date, along with specific details on program levels, eligibility criteria, and the full range of benefits, at a later time. No action is required from users to be considered for this program.
