Maintaining a consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints is crucial for building a professional and trustworthy image. Dappr allows you to customize the appearance of your invoices, quotes, and hosted payment pages with your company's logo, icon, and brand colors.

How to edit your branding

You can customize your brand assets from the main Settings page.

  1. From the main menu, navigate to Settings.

  2. On the Business profile page, find the Branding section on the right.

  3. Click the Edit button (a pencil icon) next to your branding preview.

This will open the "Branding" pop-up window, which includes a live preview of a hosted payment page. As you make changes to your settings, this preview will update in real-time, allowing you to see exactly how your branding will appear to your customers.

Branding style settings

You can customize four key elements of your brand's appearance:

  • Logo: Your full company logo. This image will be prominently displayed on all PDF documents, including invoices, quotes, and credit notes. It is also used on payment pages generated from the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

  • Icon: A smaller, squarer version of your logo (like a favicon). This icon will be displayed on all hosted web pages, such as the online versions of your invoices and quotes that customers view and pay.

  • Background Color: This color will be used as the main background for all your hosted pages, including invoice payment pages, quote approval pages, and POS-generated payment links. You can enter a specific hex code to perfectly match your brand palette.

  • Button Color: This color will be applied to all clickable buttons on your hosted pages, such as "Pay Invoice" or "Accept Quote."

Once you are satisfied with your changes, click the Save button. Your new branding settings will take effect immediately on all future and existing customer-facing documents and pages.
