You may see a message on your Dappr dashboard indicating that you must wait for others to finish their tasks before you can proceed. This message appears when one or more key individuals in your company have not yet completed their onboarding. This article explains why this happens and how to resolve it.
To ensure regulatory compliance and security, Dappr requires all of a company's stakeholders to complete an identity verification process. This includes all owners (LLC members or C-corp shareholders), managers (for LLCs), directors (for C-corps), and officers. Most of the platform's features, particularly the Dappr Financial Account and payment processing, will remain locked until every required person has been fully onboarded.
How to check onboarding status and re-send invite
If you are an administrator on the account, you can see which stakeholders have not yet completed their onboarding and remind them.
Navigate to Settings in the main menu.
Click on the Team members tab.
Find the person whose status is listed as "Invited."
Click the three-dot action button to the right of their name.
Select Resend invite from the dropdown menu.
This will send another email invitation to the stakeholder so they can complete their setup process. Once all invited members have an "Active" status, and their ID verification is successful, your Dappr dashboard and all its features will be fully unlocked.
